Shipping Policy
At Noiré Sol, we believe that luxury begins with clarity. That includes the way we ship your pieces, and what you can expect when ordering from us — especially across borders.
If you’re placing an order from outside the European Union, please note that your local customs office may apply import duties, VAT, or handling fees before your package can be delivered. These charges are not included in the product price, and they’re not collected by us. Instead, they’re set by your country’s government, and are payable by you once the shipment reaches its destination.
Our international orders are shipped DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid – from our overseas distribution partner. This means that duties and taxes are not prepaid. In some countries, additional fees may be required on delivery. These are typically paid directly to the courier company handling the import clearance. Noiré Sol does not receive any part of those fees and has no influence over how or when they are charged.
To guarantee efficient processing and fast fulfillment, all orders are final once placed. We cannot make changes to shipping addresses or cancel orders after they are confirmed. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect delivery address, we encourage you to contact us immediately at NoireSolJewelry@gmail.com. While we can’t promise changes once your order is in motion, we will do our best to assist.
Shipping timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier, and from that moment, the risk and ownership of the goods transfer to you. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, missed deliveries, or items lost or damaged during transit.
In the rare event that your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible — and no later than 30 days after the shipping date — so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. If more than 30 days have passed, most delivery services no longer retain proof of delivery, and unfortunately, we will no longer be able to assist with the claim.
