Returns & Exchanges

Returning or exchanging an item is possible within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Simply send the product back in its original condition, without signs of wear, and without reusing previous shipping labels.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Wrong size? Changed your mind? Want something different?

It’s easy. Just head over to our Returns Portal to manage your return or exchange request.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery and are processed free of charge.

When will I receive my refund or exchange?

Refunds:
Once your return is received at our facility, we aim to process your refund within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please note that your bank may take an additional up to 5 working days to credit the amount back to your account. If you haven’t received it after that time, we recommend contacting your bank directly.

Exchanges:
We aim to ship your replacement item within 5 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation with new order details and a tracking link.

What are the return costs?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. These costs depend on the courier and the country you’re returning the item from.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service — Noiré Sol is not liable for lost or untraceable return parcels.
