Not covered under warranty:
- Natural wear or surface scratches
- Fading or tarnishing from chemicals, water, or improper care
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, or force
- Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged items
- Stone issues caused by mishandling
To request a warranty evaluation, email noiresoljewelry@gmail.comwith your order number and photos of the item.
We currently ship within Europe only.
Delivery times and rates:
- Netherlands & Belgium – €4.95 (Free shipping on orders over €75)
Orders placed before 23:59 are delivered the next business day
- Germany & France – €4.95 (Free over €75)
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Other EU countries – €9.95 (Free over €75)
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange it.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are not covered
- We do not provide return labels
